My favorite Gluten Free Pizza Crust

I love Simple Mill's almond flour pizza crust. I actually highly recommend it. However, I don't love paying eight dollars for a pizza crust mix! So I made my own version. It's delicious and very simple.

Ingredients:

2 cups of almond flour

2 tbsps of olive oil

1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

1 egg

3 tbsps of water

garlic powder

rosemary

oregano

nutritional yeast (optional just gives a hint of a cheesy flavor)

*seasonings depend on desired taste, but I am pretty liberal with all of them.

Grease your cooking sheet or pizza pan with olive oil and spread dough until it fully covers the pan. (My pan is approximately 9x13)

Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes. Dough should look as though it's beginning to bake but still a little doughy.

Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings

After adding your toppings place back in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until your cheese is melted.

*Pictured is a buffalo chicken pizza. I used primal kitchen buffalo sauce, grilled chicken thighs, red onion, turkey bacon, jalapenos, and a combination of crumbled goat cheese and shredded kirkland Manchego (sheep's milk) cheese.
