What is Immersion Coaching? 

 Immersion Coaching is about a space to let your soul speak and to be heard. It is about immersing deep inside yourself in order to discover the healthiest way to experience your life. 


We are all beautifully unique beings. As a result we all respond very differently to various stimuli, movements, foods..etc. This means that health looks completely different for each individual. In order for each person to live an optimal healthy life you must first dive deep into your center. You need to take steps towards becoming familiar, comfortable, and confident with who you uniquely are.  It is in this process that one can begin to discover what makes you feel truly alive. You find the movements that feel like a celebration of your body. You find the foods that feel like fuel. You develop habits that allow you to shine brightly. You are then able to embrace life as the person you are meant to be. 


Immersion Coaching is not a quick fix or a way to simply drop a few pounds. It is not about a specific diet or a pre-planned workout routine. It is a deep and personal journey to your core that I would like to walk with you. It is a journey to help you discover what health is for you in every aspect of your life, so we can uncover the most vibrant version of you.  The journey to real health, is full of twists and turns. There is no map, there is no shortcut. It is equally invigorating and terrifying but the payoff is an abundantly healthy life. 


Together you and I will investigate all areas of your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual life. By doing so we will begin to uncover patterns and habits. We will discover what is working in your life and what is no longer serving you. Think of it like a garden, together we will step in and discover what needs to be weeded, what needs to be watered, and what needs to be planted. 

I would love to set up a consultation with you. During a consultation we will get to know each other more and decide if we are a good fit for each other. We will discuss where you currently are and where you are hoping to be.  We will take a look at your "garden" and start considering what work might need to be done. From there if we decide to work together we will set up an action plan going forward. 


The list of ways in which I will offer you support will change with your needs as we keep taking steps towards your best self.
